Fantastic bed and breakfast, the old Red room is now the Gold room. Karen has done a great job refurbishment of room. The breakfast was excellent my wife had the salmon and scrambled egg, omelette and full English . I had full English and omelette. These were all fresh and so tasty ?? . Sitting in the conservatory look over the field was lovely having breakfast was wonderful. Karen is so helpful and so easy to talk too, and makes you so welcome.

We had a lovely stay in the Red room from the 4th to the 7th November 2024. I lovely welcome from Karen and her Family. The Red room was very spacious and clean . The real gem was the breakfasts, salmon and scramble eggs , Omelette and full English breakfast which we had all of them over our stay. Sitting in the conservatory you can look over the countryside a lovely room to have your breakfast in.

Absolutely fabulous B&B, that think of everything. Lovely warm, cosy, comfortable stay and hosts can't do enough for you. Little touches like fresh milk and homemade fudge in the fridge, in your room. A torch if you out and about once it's dark as no street lights nearby (the only very minor negative). Breakfast huge, lots of choice and all fresh. I would very happily stay here again anytime.

All we can say is wow. Karen was the ultimate hostess and made sure our short stay was perfect. Gorgeous property down end of a secluded lane but very accessible. The room was so comfortable and a jar of fudge was a real treat. Breakfasts were superb with always a little surprise. We would heartily recommend a visit.

Stayed for two nights in the middle of the recent heatwave. Lovely room, friendly hosts, wonderful breakfast looking out over a beautiful garden, who could ask for more? The fridge with real milk and chocolate fudge was a nice touch. The cottage is at the end of a lane, so very quiet and secluded.

Fabulous B&B with a lovely garden , the room was overlooking the garden which is beautiful with outside seating area . Breakfast is served in the lovely conservatory which was great with all the different fruits & yoghurts , then a cooked breakfast .. We had tea & cake in the lovely lounge served by the amazing and friendly host. There is also a tearooms and stain glass shop attached to the cottage which is worth visiting . Would highly recommend this place just wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely return . Thank you

Stayed at this b&b for just one night while meeting friends in Cayton. Great quiet location adjacent to the Stained Glass outlet, plenty of parking, WiFi. The room was very clean and more than adequate with a decent bathroom, a great homemade proper Yorkshire breakfast. The hosts were very welcoming and even gave us a lift to the village to dine. Very convenient base to visit Scarborough and other coastal locations. Highly recommended.
